Prior to joining MLA, Amy was a Member at Outside GC, advising employers on a wide range of employment law matters, conducting workplace and academic investigations, and designing and delivering compliance training. A native of Rochester, NY, Amy splits her time between Sharon and Mashpee, MA, spending as much time as she can with her husband Jonathan and their two adult daughters Samantha and Zoe. Outside of the office, Amy will likely be hiking, biking, at the beach, traveling (pre-COVID), enjoying (and sometime cooking) great meals with friends and family, and volunteering with various community organizations.
